Thank you for testing Pilotflows Beta

Dear Beta Testers,

As 2025 comes to an end, we want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who took the time to test Pilotflows and provide valuable feedback. Your insights have been instrumental in shaping and improving the platform.

As a thank you, users who actively test the beta version and provide meaningful feedback will receive free access to the Personal modules for as long as they remain active beta testers. Their feedback directly helps shape and improve Pilotflows.

A short history of Pilotflows

Pilotflows officially started in February 2025. Since then, we have dedicated more or less every single day to writing code, refining ideas, and turning feedback into features.

The roots of Pilotflows go back even further. It originally started a couple of years ago as a Mass & Balance and load sheet tool designed to help small general aviation clubs calculate safe and simple loadsheets. Over time, this focused tool merged into a much larger vision: building a modern, connected software ecosystem for pilots and aviation organizations.

Where we are now — and what’s next

Over the past weeks and months, our focus has shifted from the Logbook—now equipped with solid core features—to the more extensive organization modules. Looking ahead, 2026 will be a pivotal year as we begin onboarding our first organizations.

Our goal is to make 2026 the year we fully commit to building the best software for organizations in:

  • Skydiving operations
  • Flight schools
  • Aircraft management

To support this launch phase:

All launch prices will be reduced by 50% for one year
Selected launch customer organizations will receive one full year free, in exchange for close one-to-one feedback and collaboration

Once again, thank you for being part of this journey and helping turn an idea into a growing platform.

We wish you all the very best — may 2026 be a great year.
